About Parameta Solutions
Parameta Solutions is the Data & Analytics division of TP ICAP Group. The business provides clients with unbiased OTC content and proprietary data, in-depth insights across price discovery, risk management, benchmark and indices, and pre and post-trade analytics. Its post-trade solutions offering helps market participants control their counterparty and regulatory risks through a growing range of tools that manage balance-sheet exposure, as well as compression and optimisation services. The Data & Analytics division includes the following brands: Tullett Prebon Information, PVM Data Services, ICAP Information and Burton-Taylor Consulting.

Role Overview

The Head of Content Marketing is responsible for leading and managing all editorial and content output for our OTC data solutions and analytics business. This pivotal role shapes how we communicate our value proposition and thought leadership to prospective customers through compelling, customer-centric content. You will own the content strategy end-to-end, ensuring every piece of content drives engagement, builds trust, and supports our growth objectives. The role requires a blend of strategic vision, hands-on content creation, and the ability to simplify complex financial topics for diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Leadership

* Develop and execute a comprehensive content marketing strategy aligned with business growth and brand positioning.

* Oversee all editorial output, ensuring consistency in tone, messaging, and quality across channels.

* Build and manage the marketing content calendar, ensuring timely delivery of assets.


Content Creation & Optimization

* Transform the company’s value proposition into engaging, customer-led content.

* Write, create, and edit content that sparks interest in OTC data sets and related products.

* Develop clear, compelling use cases and campaign assets for various platforms.

* Collaborate with SEO agencies to optimize content for search and geo-targeting.


Thought Leadership & Partnerships

* Commission, create, and manage technical thought leadership pieces with third-party experts.

* Partner with organizations such as AWS and Snowflake for joint content initiatives.

* Position the company as an industry leader through authoritative, insightful content.


Complexity Simplification & Storytelling

* Simplify complex financial products (e.g., OTC derivatives) for customer understanding.

* Craft narratives that educate and persuade, bringing customer and employee perspectives to life.


Content Repurposing & Multi-Channel Distribution

* Develop content adaptable for multiple marketing assets (social, video, case studies, ads, etc.).

* Create video content and explore new channels (Reddit, YouTube, Substack) to expand reach.

* Work closely with demand generation to create campaign assets that drive growth.


Brand & Campaign Management

* Own and evolve the brand’s look and feel to position the company as innovative and client-centric.

* Manage external media partners for global content and campaign strategies.

* Promote best practices for web and mobile content internally.


Performance & Operations

* Develop a content vision and operational framework for a differentiated digital experience.

* Manage content budgets, staffing, and resources to deliver against KPIs and deadlines.

* Measure content performance and ROI to continuously improve strategy and execution.

Experience / Competencies

Essential

* Proven experience in content marketing leadership, ideally within financial services.

* Demonstrated understanding of financial markets and products.

* Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a strong portfolio of published work.

* Ability to turn technical and complex financial concepts into engaging, customer-friendly narratives.

* Deep understanding of SEO, content optimization, and digital marketing principles.

* Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.

* Adept analytical skills to measure content performance and ROI.

* Experience managing budgets, resources, and external agencies.

* Ability to create content quickly and efficiently.

* Collaborative approach, able to work across teams and manage external contributors.


Desired

* Experience creating content for OTC derivatives or other complex financial products.

* Track record of developing thought leadership in partnership with third-party experts.

* Experience with video content creation and multi-channel distribution (e.g., Reddit, YouTube, Substack).

* Familiarity with brand management and evolving brand identity.

* Experience working with global teams and managing content for international audiences.

* Exposure to demand generation and campaign asset development.

* Experience with award submissions and industry recognition initiatives.
