Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Mechatronics Engineer to join the Aero Innovation team within the Motorsports Aerodynamic Department. Your primary responsibility will be to develop mechatronics systems that enhance the productivity and capabilities of our aerodynamics development processes for both motorsport and high-performance production vehicles. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team, designing, developing, and optimizing solutions to technical and engineering challenges, significantly contributing to our competitiveness.

What You’ll Do
* Design, develop, and integrate complex mechatronic systems for automotive and aerodynamic testing.
* Create detailed system architectures and specifications.
* Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and software engineers to develop innovative solutions.
* Work with external suppliers to evaluate and select components and technologies.
* Conduct system testing, analysis, and debugging to ensure performance and reliability.
* Oversee delivery of prototypes and production solutions, including mechanical design, PCB layout, firmware/software integration, and testing.
* Prepare technical reports and presentations for stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
* At least 5 years of experience in mechatronics engineering with a proven track record.
* Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and software system integration.
* Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., Siemens NX, CATIA).
* Experience with embedded systems, microcontrollers, and programming languages (C, C++, Python).
* Hands-on experience with sensors, actuators, control systems, and power electronics.
* Ability to work in a dynamic environment with strong organizational and communication skills.

* Master’s degree in relevant fields.
* Experience with automotive, motorsports, and aerodynamics testing.
* Familiarity with MATLAB/Simulink.
* Expertise in CAD and mechanical design.
