Key Responsibilities:
Step in as Lead Service Coordinator during absences and support the Service Manager as needed.
Provide guidance and training to Lead Coordinators, ensuring a cohesive and efficient team.
Liaise with various departments to swiftly resolve issues, fostering a collaborative work atmosphere.
Lead and oversee the performance of Lead Coordinators and service coordinators.
Attend client meetings and generate regular reports on team activities and performance.
Handle escalations and ensure high-quality service both internally and externally.
Conduct return-to-work meetings, probation reviews, and development discussions alongside the Service Manager.
organise workloads for Lead Coordinators to guarantee timely task execution.
Collaborate with the Service Manager to enhance departmental efficiencies and margins.
Perform spot checks for quality control and offer constructive feedback.
Create and update processes and training documents to elevate team standards.
Assist in recruitment efforts, from CV reviews to face-to-face interviews.
