Job Title: Administrative Assistant – Orders & Logistics

Reports to: Operations Manager
Location: Bletchley
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the smooth running of the order and despatch processes. The ideal candidate will ensure customer orders are ready for invoicing, book couriers efficiently, and maintain accurate records and spreadsheets.

This role is to cover Mat Leave and full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

* Review and prepare customer orders to ensure all details are correct before invoicing.

* Liaise with internal teams to confirm stock availability and dispatch dates.

* Book couriers and arrange collections/deliveries in line with customer requirements.

* Update and maintain tracking logs and spreadsheets with order, courier, and invoice information.

* Communicate with customers and couriers to resolve delivery or order-related queries.

* Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and stored correctly.

* Support the wider admin and operations team with general office duties as required.

Skills & Experience Required:

* Previous experience in an administrative or logistics support role.

* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

* Excellent organisational and time management skills.

* Confident using Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and other office software.

* Good written and verbal communication skills.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a busy environment.
