COYA is a luxury lifestyle group with two venues in London; Mayfair and Angel Court, and global venues across the Middle East, Monte Carlo, Mykonos, Barcelona and Marbella.
The cuisine is mainly Peruvian with some Japanese, Chinese and Spanish influences and signature dishes include ceviche, tiraditos and anticuchos from the robata grill.
This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate Restaurant Manager to join our talented team at a time when the company is expanding internationally.

The ideal Restaurant Manager will have:
* Excellent communication skills.
* Strong focus on customer service.
* Strong people management skills and experience with managing a team.
* Ability to build strong relationships at all levels and with guests.
* Previous experience in a similar role in high-end brand.
* Extensive wine knowledge.
* Must be friendly and attentive.
* A passion for hospitality and customer service.
* Must have high level of both spoken and written English.
* Ability to work under pressure.
* Ability to motivate and drive the team.
