Daily Role
Supporting pupils aged 13–16 with autism and speech and language needs.
You will:
* Deliver structured communication sessions
* Use visual systems and language scaffolding
* Support turn‑taking and social play
* Reinforce vocabulary development
Staff remain until 4:00pm for planning and recording.
Behaviour & Environment
* Low‑stimulation classrooms
* Clear scripts
* Calm, consistent responses
Experience & Pay Scale
Speech and language experience is desirable but not essential.
Strong candidates without direct SEN experience may be considered on a trainee scale with structured support.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
