We operate with a ?servant-based leadership? mindset and seek to create an environment where our team members can grow both professionally and spiritually through serving our customers, communities, and each other.*Qualifications*· *Experience*: 1-3 years of experience in project management, preferably in the restoration industry.· *Education*: A high school diploma is required. Post-secondary education and/or a combination of relatable education and experience· *Certifications*: Certifications in WRT (Water Damage Restoration Technician), ASD (Applied Structural Drying), and AMRT (Applied Microbial Remediation Technician) would be considered an asset.· *License: *(required) A clean drivers abstract and a valid driver?s license· *Skills*: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency with XactAnalysis/Xactimate, Symbility/Mobile Claims, Encircle, PSA, MS Office and QuickBooks would be considered an asset*Job Responsibilities*· *Project Planning*: Develop detailed restoration plans, schedule tasks, and coordinate with various teams to ensure timely project completion.· *Damage Assessment*: Evaluate the extent of damage to properties and create comprehensive restoration plans.· *Team Leadership*: Lead and manage teams of technicians and subcontractors, ensuring high-quality work and adherence to safety standards.· *Customer/Client Communication*: Strong interpersonal and communication skills: both written and verbal. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and addressing any concerns.· *Cost Management*: Prepare accurate estimates and manage project budgets.· *Quality Control*: Oversee the quality of restoration work, ensuring it meets industry standards and client expectations.· *Documentation*: Maintain detailed records of project progress, costs, and any changes to the original plan.*Knowledge, Skills & Proficiencies*To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.* Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment* Ability to manage project details and understand basic project management* Excellent organizational abilities and the ability to maintain digital records* Demonstrate ability to problem solve and make strategic decisions; ability to be creative, flexible, resourceful and adaptable to new situations and assignments* Strong working knowledge of the MS Office Suite* Ability to work professionally and efficiently within a team environment or independently* Strong drive to see projects through to completion* Interact with executive management and boards in partnership with market leadership* Works closely with members of the leadership team
