CAD / Project Coordinator Pertemps are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join our client’s team, managing the progress of new projects from initial design through procurement of materials to delivery. This role offers a challenging yet rewarding experience within an innovative engineering environment. Key Responsibilities of this CAD / Project Coordinator role: Produce 2D drawings using AutoCAD LT. Generate parts lists and assist with procurement of materials at competitive prices. Prepare quotations within deadlines and support client queries. Document, file, and prepare O&M manuals. Provide feedback on commercial trends and market requirements. Liaise effectively with customers, area sales managers, management team, and suppliers. Ensure all products are purchased in compliance with mandatory requirements. Maintain and improve company procedures where possible. Identify training needs to support career progression and departmental efficiency. Be flexible to the requirements of the business and undertake other duties as needed. Observe and maintain Health & Safety policies at all times.Skills required for this CAD / Project Coordinator role: Qualifications / Training Mechanical engineering experience Competency in AutoCAD LT General understanding of mechanical engineering principles Computer literacy (Office, AutoCAD LT, etc.) Industry experience in pumps, pipework, and valves Able to read engineering drawings Flexible and adaptable Strong team player Ability to prioritise and manage workload Multitask and manage multiple projects Strong interpersonal skills to handle all types of enquiries Details and Benefits of this CAD / Project Coordinator role: Salary: Up to £27,500 Location: Cheshire, Woore Flexibility to work contracted hours over 4 days (subject to workload and manager discretion). 30 days holiday including statutory, rising to 33 days after 1 year. Annual business performance bonus (non-contractual). Auto-enrolment pension with initial 5% employee contribution; employer contribution funded after 3 years’ service.
