Starting salary - £30,461, increasing to £34,925 after completion of first stamp.
The World's Largest Aircraft maintained by you.
As part of our MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul) team, the Plater will play a vital role in repairing and maintaining landing gear used on commercial aircraft.

What do I need to succeed in the role?
* An Engineering/Plating Apprenticeship or equivalent, ideally gained in aerospace or automotive sectors.
* IMF Foundation / Technician Qualification or equivalent.
* High attention to detail with strong quality awareness.
* Good computer and mathematical skills.
* Team working ethic.
* An understanding of Lean Sigma disciplines and 5S principles.
* Previous involvement in continuous improvement activities to reduce shop processing times and manufacturing hours.
You will be required to work shift rotations comprising Days, Lates, Nights, and when required, Weekends.
