Learning Support Assistant - St John Fisher Primary - Scale 3
The Trustees of Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Multi Academy Trust are seeking to appoint an experienced, enthusiastic, and caring Learning Support Assistant at St John Fisher Catholic Primary.
You will be working alongside class teachers and will work in a variety of roles, including supporting an allocated child, a group of children, or a whole class group. The successful candidate will be able to provide academic, emotional, and social support to enable the children to achieve their best.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting an allocated child, a group of children, or a whole class group
* Providing academic, emotional, and social support to enable the children to achieve their best
Requirements:
* Experience of working with children with a range of needs
* Able to positively support children who display challenging behaviours
* The ability to inspire children with the love of learning
* Be patient, calm and dedicated to their child's success
* Able to support the Catholic ethos of the school
Qualifications:
NVQ Level 2 in Learning Support/Early Years, NNEB or equivalent qualifications would be advantageous.
