The Job:
The successful candidate will work closely with long-standing clients across a varied rural estate portfolio, delivering both corporate and traditional management. This opportunity suits someone who thrives on building strong relationships, providing high-quality advice and working as part of a motivated, supportive team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing retained rural estate portfolios across the East Midlands
- Providing excellent client care, nurturing relationships and supporting long-term partnerships
- Delivering a range of rural professional practice services
- Handling lease renewals, rent reviews, landlord and tenant matters and wider property management
- Managing income and expenditure, CAPEX programmes and budgeting for corporate and traditional clients
- Promoting and embedding ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) principles in all work
- Delivering first-class service, supporting the wider brand and identifying opportunities to grow the business
The Company:
Our client is seeking a Chartered Rural Surveyor to join their highly respected Rural Property Management team in Market Harborough. This role focuses on retained estate management for a mix of private and charitable clients, alongside a range of rural professional practice work.
The East Midlands rural team forms part of a progressive, collaborative division delivering services across agri-business, valuation, building consultancy, farms and estate agency. This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking, energetic team that prides itself on delivering exceptional client service.
The Candidate:
- MRICS qualified
- Strong background in rural surveying
- Able to work independently and manage time effectively
- Confident and clear communicator
- Skilled relationship builder with both clients and internal teams
- Able to plan travel efficiently, with some national travel and occasional overnight stays required
- Experienced user of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ambitious, proactive and forward-thinking
The Package:
- Salary up to £44, dependent on experience
