Role Overview/Purpose:
Working within the Travel team, you will be responsible for managing a busy inbox. This means responding to queries, resolving issues, liaising with third party travel providers and all things travel. You will support the travel team in creating MI reports for our key stakeholders across all Flutter brands. Within the team you will delve into compliance reporting, travel analytics and traveller behaviour to support the decision-making process and overall strategy for Group Travel.
Key Responsibilities
* Point of contact for travel queries
o Access Queries i.e. Profile Creation, updates.
o Supporting our Executive Assistants
o Guidance on travel bookings and policy
* Complete the monthly and quarterly travel reports for business.
* Liaise with the company’s Travel Management Company and other third-party travel providers on behalf of our travellers regarding complaints, technical issues or invoice/data queries.
* Monitor external travel industry/market best practices, suggesting improvement and innovations for the travel program.
* Assist with the monitoring, reviewing and implementation of Global Travel Policies.
* Assist the Travel Manager with the development, implementation and management of all travel vendor relationships and programs (agency, air, hotel, car rental, taxi, and other relevant travel services) ensuring compliance to service level agreements.
* General administration of travel platforms as required.
* Keeping Travel Manager up to date on any travel issues.
* Raise monthly travel PO’S across the group to support financial controls and governance.
* Work with Finance to reconcile travel spend as required.
Skills & Experience Required
* Intermediate Excel Skills is critical for the role. Candidate must be able to manipulate large volumes of data using Vlookups, Pivot Tables and Graphs.
* Strong data analytical skills. Candidate should have the ability to identify key points from the data and present it both visually and numerically key stakeholders.
* Attention to detail and accuracy are essential to success in this role.
* Candidate must be able to prioritise tasks to ensure the teams objectives are met in a timely manner.
* Effective team player with excellent communication skills. Able to deal with colleagues at all levels of the business in a professional manner.
* Self-starter who can manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive to completion effectively.
* Customer Focused.
* Ability to work with minimal supervision but engage effectively with a wider team.
* Candidate must be tech savvy with the ability to use and understand our various travel platforms.
* Prior Travel management experience including knowledge of global travel platforms is desirable but not a necessity.
