As the Registered Care Home Manager, you will: Lead with vision and compassion, promoting a culture built on kindness, empathy and dignity. Drive operational excellence, ensuring full regulatory compliance and top-tier standards across care delivery. Inspire and develop your team, building a skilled, motivated workforce with a shared commitment to person-centred care. Deliver commercial success, managing budgets, achieving full occupancy, and raising the home’s profile through strategic marketing. Build strong relationships with residents, families, staff and the wider community. Ensure safety and compliance by overseeing risk management, governance and CQC standards. ✅ What You’ll Need: Minimum 3 years' experience managing a large residential or nursing care setting Sound knowledge of CQC regulations and legislation A track record of staff leadership, retention, and development Strong commercial acumen and confidence with budgeting, occupancy, and marketing Ability to communicate, inspire, and lead by example NMC Registration preferred but not essential What’s In It for You?
