Senior People Business Partner
Location: Cromwell Hospital - London, Kensington - Diagnostics and Secondary Care London, Bupa Health Services
Contract Type: Permanent, Full-time, 37.5hrs Mon-Fri cover
Hybrid Working – 3 days per week on site ( Based at Cromwell requiring flexibility to support other sites and areas as and when required
Salary: Up to £80,000 + Bonus
This is a high-impact role at the heart of our growing and complex healthcare division. You’ll partner with senior leaders at the Cromwell Hospital and at times, supporting across hospitals and diagnostics, shaping people strategy and delivering transformation where it truly matters.

The opportunity
You’ll operate as a trusted senior partner at the Cromwell Hospital, Diagnostics and Secondary Care London leading people transformation in a fast-moving, regulated environment.
What you will be doing
1. Leading large-scale people change and transformation
2. Partnering senior leaders on workforce strategy, succession and capability
3. Being visible and credible on site when it count
4. Driving performance improvement using insight and data
5. Supporting growth activity, integration and organisational change
6. Leading and developing a high-performing People team including maintaining and building on world class engagement for the team
7. Working closely with the wider people team and COEs to deliver joined-up solutions
What we are looking for:
8. Has operated in complex, regulated environments (hospitals and healthcare ideal)
9. Brings a strong track record in transformation and change
10. Are confident influencing and constructively challenging senior leaders
11. Proven experience in inspirational people management and delivering exceptional engagement for teams and the organisation.
12. Balances strategic thinking with practical / hands on operational delivery
13. Is commercially aware, data-literate and people-focused
14. Thrives in ambiguity, pace and accountability
15. Confident presenter able to motivate others through public speaking and training. Enjoys working independently, but knows when to collaborate, involve, provide updates to management, seek guidance and escalate
