Key Responsibilities:
Preparing annual statutory accounts for a portfolio of clients across various sectors
Managing client relationships and acting as a key point of contact
Supervising and mentoring junior staff, reviewing their work and supporting their development
Assisting with client queries and providing business advice where appropriate
Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations
Liaising with HMRC and other relevant bodies as needed
Experience:
Part-qualified or fully qualified with a minimum 3 years experience in a practice environment
Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards
Excellent communication and client service abilities
Organised, proactive, and able to manage deadlines effectively
A team player with a commitment to providing excellent client service
