🌱 The Opportunity
You’ll play a key role in advising a loyal client base on all aspects of rural and agricultural property, including:
* The sale, purchase, and management of farms, land, and estates
* Agricultural tenancies, renewable energy projects, and diversification schemes
* Rights of way, easements, and environmental compliance
* Succession planning and estate strategy, working alongside private client colleagues
Beyond technical excellence, this role offers scope to influence strategy, mentor junior lawyers, and help grow one of the region’s most respected specialist teams.
🤝 About You
* Qualified Solicitor (8+ PQE) with expertise in agricultural or rural property law
* Operating at Senior Associate, Legal Director, or Partner level
* A natural relationship builder with commercial awareness and a genuine passion for the rural sector
* A following or established network within the agricultural community would be a distinct advantage
🌾 The Package
* £90,000 – £145,000 basic salary (depending on experience)
* Up to 20% annual bonus
* Hybrid working policy
* 25 days holiday + bank holidays + Christmas closure
