Profit & Asset Protection Outdoor Returns Operative Responsible to: Returns Management Department: Group Profit & Asset Protection Location: Kingsway DC - Rochdale Hours: Dayshift Monday – Friday between 06:00-17:00 Role Overview: The purpose of this job is to ensure that all types of Store & Internet returns are processed end to end in accordance with company procedures, Also completing other tasks on Outdoor Returns such as; Clearance to stores, ODD Shoes, Tent Inspections, Return to Vendor, Shogun Scan and others Key Duties/Responsibilities: Unload, breakdown and locate all inbound Retail Returns from both internal and external sources Meet all KPI’s set within the department Process all Retail/internet Return types from across the group. Report any potential quality or product issues to the Management team for review Complete returns documentation & liaise with suppliers via email and phone Liaise and interact with all operational functions within the DC to ensure that stocks and returns are processed & stored in their respective locations. To complete any other ADHOC tasks as directed by your line Manager in line with current levels of responsibility. Training on all different job types on Outdoor Returns to be able to be flexible and work where required Skills, Knowledge & Experience: Good communication skills both written and verbal. Shogun/WMS skills preferred but not essential Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. Ability to prioritize work. Ability to work as part of a team. Self-motivated with the ability to work on your own initiative. Be able to communicate and operate with all levels of staff.
