Administration Assistant
to provide core operational support to our
Legal & Company Secretarial Team
in
Helsby, Cheshire
.
This is a
part time
role
up to 24 hours per week
, hours can be
flexible
from 3 to 5 days per week, ideally to include Tuesday and Thursday.
This role is ideal for a proactive individual who excels in a fast-paced environment and possesses specific experience in compliance and document management.
Key Responsibilities
* Process supplier invoices
* 'Know your client' enquiries
* Electronic filing, maintaining accurate files and databases, ensuring data cleansing
* Docusign management
* Email management
* General administrative and operational tasks
Person Specification
* Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within a legal or professional services environment
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and document management systems
* Highly organised with strong time-management skills and excellent attention to detail
* Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
* Proactive approach to work, with the ability to use own initiative
