We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Self-Employed Care & Support Worker to join our growing team, providing high-quality, person‑centred support to individuals across London.
Essential Requirements
* Valid enhanced DBS
* Own public liability insurance
* CQC registration (as an individual provider or part of a registered service)
* Experience administering medication
* Experience providing personal care
* Experience working with children with SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities)
* Reliability, professionalism and empathy
* Ability to work as part of a team
Responsibilities
* Providing safe, respectful and person‑centred care
* Administering medication in line with care plans
* Delivering personal care with dignity and sensitivity
* Supporting children with SEND in community settings
* Accurate record‑keeping and communication with families/professionals
