Service Manager
Horsham
Kerwin Court delivers specialist neurorehabilitation to adults with an acquired brain injury in a residential setting just outside of Broadbridge Heath. You will be working with a team of rehabilitation support workers alongside a multi-disciplinary team of occupational therapists, physiotherapists, psychologists, and speech and language therapists.
We are a passionate and committed team, delivering a high standard of care and rehabilitation. Our Rehabilitation Support Workers and Clinical Team thrive on working together to enable our service users to be as independent as possible and achieve their rehabilitation goals, including supporting our residents to safely access the community.

The Role
You will manage all aspects of the service to ensure the highest quality standards of treatment and care. We want you to lead, motivate, and develop your multidisciplinary team – empowering them to perform to their potential when supporting residents.
We have ambitious plans for the future. So, you can further make your mark by managing the organic and planned change within the service, and by marketing the service to potential commissioners and referrers.
About you
• A Registered Manager with a QCF (NVQ) level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent
• A strong commitment to person-centred independence-building services
• Experience of managing budgets and financial systems
• An experienced people leader with a track record of developing a team and managing performance
