Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Client Support
* Act as the first point of contact for client enquiries relating to repairs, deliveries, and stock
* Provide proactive updates to clients, ensuring they always have clear visibility of their orders
* Investigate and resolve delivery discrepancies or repair delays in a professional and timely manner
* Log quality issues and support ISO9001 preparation activities
Data Management & Reporting
1. Maintain and update detailed Excel trackers covering all operational activity
2. Produce clear, client-facing reports using Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs/XLOOKUPs
3. Cross-check customer orders against workshop outputs to ensure billing and delivery accuracy
