Job Title: PA/Administrative Assistant

About the Role:
This is a full-time key support role where you will provide comprehensive administrative and personal assistance to the MD and his team. The ideal candidate is an excellent multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment, who can handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion and with exceptional attention to detail. Must be proficient in the use of Sage Package and Microsoft Office.
Key Responsibilities:
* Administrative Support: Processing Customer Orders, Invoicing, Bank Reconciling; Maintain filing systems, manage documents, and order office supplies.
* HR Support: Payroll, Holidays, Employee Records
* Diary Management: Proactively manage and coordinate diaries, scheduling meetings and appointments.
* Correspondence: Handle incoming and outgoing emails, phone calls, and post.
* Meeting & Event Support: Take minutes; assist with organising internal and external events.
* Ad-hoc Tasks: Provide personal and administrative support for MD and team members.
Skills & Experience:
* Proven experience in a PA or administrative role
* Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
* Proficiency with Sage Software Programme and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and under pressure.
* Excellent attention to detail and discretion when handling confidential information.
