As Head of Creative, you will be responsible for the conception, design and delivery of impactful and effective creative communications to sit across multiple channels.
Your day to day:
1. Creating and evolving the creative vision with the Marketing Director at the highest level to ensure creative direction is retained and in line with our brand principles.
2. Championing the creative vision, by leading the in-house creative team, to create and deliver multi-channel campaigns that meet the business objectives.
3. Leading our Seasonal creative storytelling campaign plan, working alongside the content team and wider Marketing team.
4. Creative development and ownership for menu development and all customer communication channels across our properties.
5. Driving conceptual thinking, creative development and execution across all aspects of design including creative projects, content, customer experience and digital ensuring consistency and brand elevation across all channels.
6. Working closely with our channel leads to optimise creative to ensure we are following our creative vision whilst still delivering results.
7. Working closely with stakeholders through all stages from briefing to delivery.
8. Creating all brand guidelines and templates to ensure brand consistency across all touch points.
