Your Role
As a Deputy Store Manager, you’ll be the calm in the storm, actively engaging both on the shop floor and behind the scenes. Your responsibilities will include:
* Setting a spectacular example for the Store Team and customers.
* Independently managing the store in the absence of the Store Manager.
* Leading and inspiring the team to reach their full potential using our Leadership & Company Principles.
* Diligently checking and working deliveries, managing the till area, and monitoring KPIs.
* Being a friendly face for every customer, providing excellent service and assistance.
* Ensuring compliance with Health and Safety laws, standards, and guidelines.
What You’ll Need

* Experience leading and developing a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication skills to engage with colleagues and customers in a friendly manner.
* A knack for time management, delegation, and problem-solving.
