Customer Experience Specialist
As a Customer Experience Specialist, you’ll be the friendly voice and expert guide for our customers, ensuring they have a smooth and enjoyable journey with us. The role has two distinct functions:
* Seller Sales Specialist: First point of contact for sellers using the Motorway platform, guiding them through the initial stages of selling vehicles and supporting them throughout their journey.
* Dealer Support Specialist: First point of contact for dealers using the Motorway platform, guiding them through the various stages of buying vehicles on our platform and supporting them throughout their journey.
* Dealer Governance: Maintains standards across the Motorway platform from a dealer’s perspective, ensuring that all dealers adhere to our standards and taking action when they do not.

Interview Process

* Final Interview (60 mins): Meet the team, get a feel for the role, and participate in a skills‑based assessment, which may include a role‑playing exercise.
