Your Role and Responsibilities As a Digital Banking Industry Consultant with expertise in Indian Banking and a deep understanding of digital banking modules and applications, your role is integral to shaping the digital banking landscape for our clients. You will work closely with client and respective stakeholders to strategize, implement, and optimize their digital banking solutions, lead the application support team under digital tower for ensuring correct incident fixes within SLAs and customer satisfaction. Manage the Digital Banking Tower for Application Support Services for an Indian Bank. Handle all Client communication and Escalations for this tower. Problem analysis and validation of classification. Work effectively with your team to troubleshoot and restore applications that are in the Digital Banking module. Set up Support services and ensure SLAs and KPIs are met. Collaborate to resolve issues across client Application / Infra etc. Team, IBM Team, and 3rd Party. Effective handling of Critical Situation in relation to Sev 1/ Severity 2 and Critical Severity 3 issues. Work towards making the applications more efficient by implementing right monitoring services, automation and items of next gen AMS and build further business and ensure account profitability. Advises clients regarding products and solutions for solving problems in the Banking Industry for Digital banking. Specialist is knowledgeable in the trends and directions of the industry, the marketplace, and the players. Specialized in broad knowledge of the banking industry and deep knowledge of clients' businesses and how it relates to specific banking segments. Collaborate with senior management to define the strategic direction for the digital tower, aligning it with the overall business goals of the bank. Identify opportunities for innovation and growth within the Digital Banking domain. Provide technical leadership and expertise in digital banking solutions, including mobile banking, online banking, digital payment systems, and digital account opening, etc. Guide the development and implementation of digital banking initiatives, ensuring they meet industry standards and regulatory requirements. Lead technical teams, offering guidance and mentorship to ensure the successful execution of incident fix. Oversee the application support function within the digital tower, ensuring that applications are maintained, updated, and operating smoothly. Develop and implement robust incident management processes for timely issue resolution. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and coordinate with IT teams to implement fixes and enhancements. Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement preventive measures. Ensure that the bank's digital systems and applications adhere to all relevant regulations, including data security and fraud prevention standards. Promote knowledge sharing and transfer of technical expertise within the digital tower and across relevant departments. Provide training and guidance to team members on digital banking technologies and best practices. Develop and maintain reporting mechanisms to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to digital banking systems' performance, incident resolution, and compliance. Resolve Sev 1/ Severity 2 and Critical Severity 3 issues within SLAs. Change the application code to fix issues permanently. Maintain Known error Database (KEDB) for future reference. Automate processes to increase productivity. Stabilize the application by providing permanent fixes and foresee defects to avoid tickets. Lead a team of > 20(more than 20).
