CLCH Hertfordshire Adult Community Services, part of CLCH NHS Trust, is expanding its Neuro In‑Patient Rehabilitation Team at Langley House – Holywell Rehab Unit, and we are seeking a Band 5 Occupational Therapist to join us.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high‑quality care: Support patients with neuro conditions, including stroke, to enhance independence and quality of life.
* Collaborate across teams: Work closely with multidisciplinary colleagues to implement integrated care plans.
* Professional development: Engage with CLCH Academy programs for CPD, skill enhancement and clinical academic opportunities.
* Mentorship & team support: Share knowledge, support colleagues and contribute to continuous learning within the team.
* Community visits: Provide care in the community as required. Car access is essential unless exempt under the Equality Act 2010, with appropriate insurance and documentation.
* Record keeping: Maintain accurate patient records and reports in line with professional and organisational standards.
* Flexible working: Participate in weekend work on a rota of one weekend every six weeks.
