Your new role

As an Employment Tax Senior Manager/Associate Director, you’ll play a key role within a highly respected national employer solutions team. Working alongside a network of specialists, you’ll advise a diverse portfolio of clients ranging from large corporates to fast-growing businesses.You’ll be delivering practical, high-quality employment tax solutions across areas such as risk andernance, off-payroll working, and employee reward. Alongside client delivery, you’ll help shape the team by mentoring and developing colleagues, contributing to a culture built on collaboration, inclusion, and excellence.

What you'll need to succeed

Strong experience in employment tax, ideally with exposure to global mobility

CTA qualification (or equivalent), or qualified by experience

Ability to manage client relationships and handleplex advisory work

A collaborative approach with a passion for developing others

Confidence in leading, coaching and building high-performing teams
