Commercial Disputes Associate / Senior Associate - Bristol A top 50 UK law firm is seeking a talented Associate or Senior Associate to join its leading Dispute Resolution team. This is a standout opportunity for a mid to senior-level solicitor with a strong background in commercial litigation and a keen interest in developing a practice in insurance policyholder disputes. The Role Handling complex, high-value disputes for national and international clients Advising on a broad range of commercial litigation including professional negligence, contractual disputes, warranty claims, and shareholder issues Leading on insurance coverage matters primarily for policyholders across sectors such as: Professional Indemnity Directors' & Officers' Liability Cyber Property & Casualty Warranty & Indemnity Construction Insurance Working closely with a Legal 500-ranked partner to grow the insurance disputes offering Collaborating across departments including financial services, real estate, and corporate What We're Looking For A qualified solicitor (SRA registered) with at least 5 years' PQE Proven experience in high-quality commercial litigation, ideally in the High Court or arbitration forums A genuine interest in insurance coverage disputes and policyholder representation Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset Commercial awareness and enthusiasm for business development Ability to manage a varied and intellectually challenging caseload Why Join?
