Quantity Surveyor
The role combines office-based work and time on site. You will manage project costs, ensure financial efficiency, and maintain strong commercial control across multiple refurbishment projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing costs across refurbishment projects
* Overseeing budgets for kitchen & bathroom installations
* Handling valuations, variations, and final accounts
* Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
* Conducting site visits to monitor progress and cost control
* Ensuring projects delivered within budget and on time
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within construction
* Strong background in refurbishment projects
* Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
* Commercially astute with strong negotiation skills
* Full UK driving licence
Package
