Role Overview
Cyboard School is seeking a creative, motivated, and detail-oriented Social Media Marketing Intern for a six-month on-site internship. This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, brand building, and social media management within the education sector.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, create, and schedule engaging posts, reels, and stories across social media platforms
* Write compelling captions, hashtags, and calls-to-action aligned with the brand’s tone and guidelines
* Manage comments and direct messages, ensuring timely and professional responses
* Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors to produce high-quality content
* Assist in developing and maintaining monthly content calendars
* Monitor social media trends and proactively suggest innovative content ideas
* Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
* Posting Consistency: Minimum of 5–6 posts per week
* Engagement Rate: Growth in likes, comments, shares, and saves
* Follower Growth: Weekly and monthly increase in followers
* Reels Performance: Reach, views, and watch time
* Community Management: Response to comments and DMs within 24 hours
* Content Quality: Zero spelling errors and strict adherence to brand guidelines
* Reporting: Timely submission of weekly and monthly performance reports
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Basic understanding of social media platforms such as Instagram and Facebook
* Strong interest in content creation, digital marketing, and branding
* Working knowledge of tools like Canva (preferred)
* Good written and verbal communication skills
* Willingness to learn, experiment, and adapt to new content formats
* Ability to meet deadlines and follow content plans effectively
