Salary: NJC Scale point 21 (FTE £30,825 - £32,115)
Start Date: September/October
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Pattern: 37 hours per week, 39 weeks per year

About You
As Pastoral Manager, you will be a compassionate and proactive professional with a genuine commitment to supporting young people. You will bring excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build strong, positive relationships with students, parents, and staff.

About The Pastoral Team
Our pastoral team plays a vital role in supporting student wellbeing and success. With a dedicated group of Pastoral Managers, Progress Leaders, Youth Workers, and Family Support staff, we work across our college system to ensure every student feels known, supported, and safe.
We offer tailored support around attendance, behaviour, and emotional wellbeing, helping students navigate challenges and thrive in a nurturing school environment.
