Job Title: Supervisor (Mechanic)
Location: Singapore
Experience: 4–5 Years

Main Responsibilities:
* Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of mechanics and maintenance staff.
* Assign tasks and monitor work to ensure timely and quality repairs of vehicles and machinery.
* Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with manufacturer standards and safety regulations.
* Diagnose complex mechanical issues and provide technical guidance to the team.
* Ensure the availability of required tools, parts, and equipment for repair tasks.
* Maintain service logs, job cards, and report performance or issues to management.
* Implement preventive maintenance schedules to reduce breakdowns.
* Train and mentor junior mechanics and evaluate team performance.
Essential Qualifications:
* Diploma or ITI in Mechanical Engineering or Automobile Technology.
* Minimum 4–5 years of relevant experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
* Thorough understanding of diesel/petrol engines, transmissions, and other mechanical systems.
Skills Required:
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* In-depth knowledge of mechanical repair techniques and maintenance procedures.
* Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams.
* Proficient in using mechanical tools, diagnostic equipment, and workshop software.
* Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
* Strong communication and documentation skills.
