On behalf of our public sector client, Panoramic Associates is seeking an Interim Procurement Officer to join a public sector organization based in the North West.
We are looking for someone who can quickly support the day-to-day procurement activities. The role involves managing end-to-end procurement processes, overseeing frameworks, and potentially assisting in recruitment. The focus will be on categories such as professional services and place, but will support across various categories.
* Holding or working towards CIPS qualification, or equivalent, with evidence of CPD.
* Strong knowledge of public sector regulation, including the Procurement Act 2023.
* Experience with end-to-end procurement processes.
* Proven ability to lead and deliver multiple tenders within public sector regulations.
* Experience in delivering social value objectives and/or working within place or professional services categories.
