* Location: South and West Community Mental Health Team, 10-16 St. Martins Avenue, Bradford, BD7 1LG, West Yorkshire
* Contract: Permanent, 37.5 hours/week, Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
* Salary: £29,970 - £36,483 per annum (NHS AfC Band 5)

Job Overview
This post is open to Mental Health Nurse applicants only.
This role offers an exciting development opportunity for a Band 5 Mental Health Nurse as a Recovery Care Coordinator within the Bradford and Airedale Early Intervention in Psychosis Service. The team works collaboratively with support for workload management and offers clinical supervision and developmental opportunities, including training in CBT, family interventions, and psychosocial approaches. Regular travel across the district is essential.
Job Purpose
In partnership with service users, carers, and agencies, assess, plan, and deliver care programs aimed at social recovery for individuals experiencing a first episode of psychosis.

Person Specification
Qualifications: Degree level, Registered Mental Nurse (RMN)
Experience: Working with young people, adults, or children in health, education, or social care; experience in early intervention, substance misuse, or mental health services is desirable.
Knowledge: Principles of and evidence base for Early Intervention in Psychosis.
