Content Producer (Videographer/Editor) — On‑Site
Location: Mansfield, Nottinghamshire (on‑site at our warehouse)
Contract: Full‑time, Permanent
Salary: £28,000–£40,000 DOE + overtime & travel per diem
Start: ASAP
Employer: RandolphUK Ltd (brands include Rand & Ace Grading)
About the role
We're hiring a hands‑on Content Producer to own the end‑to‑end creation of social‑first video across the Randolph ecosystem. You'll plan, shoot, and edit daily shorts and regular YouTube videos, capture the energy of our warehouse, and travel to card shows and events (UK & international). This is an on‑site role in Mansfield with frequent filming days, fast turnarounds, and real creative ownership alongside Randolph.
You'll be the engine behind "all things Randolph" content: Pokémon buys and grading, live‑stream highlights, travel/event coverage, product b‑roll, and behind‑the‑scenes storytelling. If you're a social‑native videographer/editor who loves rapid iteration and knows how to package content for reach, we'd love to hear from you.
What you'll do
* Own the content pipeline: ideation → pre‑prod → shoot → edit → publish across TikTok, Reels/Shorts, YouTube (long‑form & vertical), X, and Instagram.
* Film on site & on the road: run‑and‑gun warehouse shoots, live‑stream clips, product/macros, interviews, and event/travel days.
* Edit fast and well: tight story arcs, punchy pacing, captions/graphics, sound design, motion basics, and platform‑native hooks.
* Package for performance: titles, thumbnails, descriptions, tags, and posting schedules; track performance and iterate.
* Build repeatable formats: series, show templates, and weekly content calendars in Notion/Trello.
* Capture clean audio & visuals: manage lighting (key/fill/practicals), wireless lavs/shotguns, and color‑managed workflows.
* Manage media: ingest, backups, asset libraries, and simple MAM hygiene.
* Travel to UK/international card shows & events; occasional evenings/weekends (TOIL provided).
* Collaborate & direct: guide on‑camera talent, coordinate small shoots, and liaise across teams.
You'll thrive in this role if you have
* 2–4+ years shooting and editing social‑first video (agency, brand, creator, or freelance).
* Expertise in Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve (After Effects/animated titles a plus).
* Camera confidence with Sony/Canon/Blackmagic ecosystems; gimbals, primes/zooms, and basic lighting setups.
* Story sense & speed: you know hooks, retention, and how to land a narrative under 60 seconds and in 10–20 minutes.
* Platform fluency: TikTok/Shorts/Reels best practices, YouTube packaging, and social analytics.
* Organisation: you live by checklists, calendars, and clear file naming; you hit deadlines.
* Communication: you can give/receive direction and work shoulder‑to‑shoulder with talent.
* Clean UK driving licence and valid passport; comfortable with travel and carrying kit.
* Right to work in the UK.
Bonus points
* Love for Pokémon/TCG and the collectibles world.
* Live‑stream experience (OBS, highlight extraction, multicam).
* Strong thumbnail design chops (Photoshop/Illustrator).
* Color grading (DaVinci CST/Node‑based workflows).
* Photography skills for thumbnails/stills.
* Notion/Trello for calendars; basic spreadsheet literacy.
What you'll get
* Competitive salary with growth pathways.
* Travel to major card shows/events (UK & overseas) with per diems and expenses covered.
* Kit support (we provide core gear; we'll discuss preferences).
* Time off in lieu for travel/late shoots.
* Real creative ownership and visibility across large audiences.
Schedule & location
* On‑site Monday–Friday in Mansfield; flexible hours around filming schedules.
* Evenings/weekends as needed for events/travel (TOIL).
* 3‑month probation period.
How to apply
Please attach your CV to and include the following in your application:
* Links to your work: two recent vertical edits (TikTok/Reels/Shorts) and one long‑form YouTube edit (with your role noted).
* A short note (≤200 words) on your proudest edit in the last 6 months—why it worked and what you'd improve.
* Gear familiarity (cameras, lenses, audio, NLEs) and your earliest start date.
Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. Shortlisted candidates may complete a short paid test edit and/or an on‑site shoot day.
