Job Description
We’re opening abrand-new supported living service in Tumble, and we’re looking forlocal peopleto join our amazing team!

Shift Patterns
We offer avaried rota across 24/7, with advance scheduling:
* Day Shifts: 7am–8pm or 9am–10pm
* Sleep-In Shifts: 10pm–7am (or 5:30am if needed)
* Wake Nights: 7pm–9am or 9am–9pm
Flexibility is essential– please only apply if you’re available across different shifts.
Full UK driving licence–requiredto drive company vehicles
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll support individuals withnon-verbal communicationandchallenging behaviours, helping them live more independently and confidently. Experience is helpful—but not essential. We’ll train and support you every step of the way.
