Vehicle Technician vacancy in Welling for Car Dealer Group
Hours: 8am - 5.30pm with no weekends!
Pay: £32k - £36k Basic + £9k OTE
Are you a skilled Vehicle Technician seeking a rewarding opportunity within a reputable dealership group? We are currently recruiting for a Vehicle Technician at our client's busy Welling dealership. As a Vehicle Technician in Welling, you will be responsible for delivering top-quality service and repairs, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the high standards of the dealership. If you hold NVQ Level 3, have experience working in main dealerships, and possess additional qualifications such as MOT, FGAS, or EV training, this role could be perfect for you.

1. Competitive basic salary of £36,000 per annum
2. OTE earning potential of £45,000 or more annually

4. No weekends, with hours Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:30pm

Duties:
7. Carrying out vehicle repairs, diagnostics, and maintenance to a high standard
8. Ensuring all work complies with manufacturer guidelines and safety procedures
9. Conducting vehicle thorough inspections and providing accurate reports
10. Using diagnostic equipment to identify faults efficiently
11. Keeping detailed records of work undertaken and parts used
12. Assisting with other service department tasks as required
Requirements:
13. NVQ Level 3 qualified Vehicle Technician
14. Proven experience in a main dealership environment
15. MOT certification is advantageous; FGAS and EV qualifications are desirable
16. Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
17. Able to work effectively within a team
18. Good communication skills and a professional attitude
