Room Attendant, Housekeeping

39 hours, 5 days per week

We’re looking for a Room Attendant to join our Housekeeping team.

As a Room Attendant at Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London, we expect from you:

* To consistently achieve the required standards of cleanliness, product presentation, and customer care in all guest rooms and public areas to create a warm, friendly, and comfortable environment for our guests.
* To ensure that the appropriate level of security for all guest belongings is maintained, helping to create a feeling of comfort and confidence for guests.
* To ensure all guest rooms are cleaned, stocked, and maintained to the standard required.
* Provide turn-down service.
* To report any malfunctioning equipment and maintenance issues by recording faults in work orders and passing them on to the Floor Manager.

As a Room Attendant, you will work on a shift basis, Monday to Sunday, 39 hours a week. Shift patterns will include morning, afternoon, and evening shifts (including weekends and bank holidays), so flexibility is required.

Ideal candidates will have previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury environment, with excellent attention to detail, the ability to work under pressure, and a genuine interest in providing outstanding service to our guests.
