Overview
Maternity cover – Retail Supervisor in Retford. 40 hours per week. 12 months fixed term contract. The role involves being the face of Toolstation, delivering excellent customer service, managing deliveries, supporting the Store Manager, and helping to maintain high branch standards.
What You'll Do
* Supporting: stand in for the Store Manager when needed, motivate and coach the team to grow sales and achieve targets.
* Mucking in: check and unpack deliveries, stock shelves, clean the branch and assemble customer orders.
* Delivering great service: provide a great customer experience with a positive attitude and coach the team to do the same.
* Asking questions and building relationships: ensure customers leave with everything they need for their job.
* Building a positive working environment: maintain product availability and branch standards, creating a welcoming place to work.
