What You’ll Do: Join the EuroLeague Basketball team at IMG for an incredible opportunity! As part of the Production management team overseeing and producing all EuroLeague world feeds, filming Media Days and Features across Europe, and managing all media and archive, you'll play a crucial role. Reporting to the Production Manager, the Production Coordinator will join a team of Production Coordinators to be at the forefront of our onsite production and operations for EuroLeague basketball games, Media Days, and Features. Key responsibilities include booking and scheduling freelancers, maintaining cohesive rosters, and creating call sheets for Media days, original content and outside broadcasts. The ideal candidate will have prior experience at the Production Assistant or Production Coordinator level, showcasing expertise in cost tracking, order raising, call sheet production, and familiarity with Health and Safety protocols and risk assessments. Key Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To: Produce call sheets for all ELB matches, Media Days and Original Content shoots Schedule all ELB staff and freelancers Plan and book travel and accommodation across Europe for all ELB staff Raise purchase orders and pay invoices for all resources and freelancers Oversee production paperwork, including Albert Sustainability paperwork and ATA Carnet applications Efficiently working within a team of production coordinators, and working closely with the production assistant Liaise with the ELB and their rights holders to deliver their requests You Will Have The Following Strengths: Previous experience within the production environment, demonstrating knowledge of Outside Broadcasts, Digital Platforms, and Live programmes Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) Proven organisational skills Basic knowledge and understanding of production workflows Comprehensive understanding of budget processes and implications Conversant with current insurance requirements Has organised national and international travel Has prepared risk assessments, in conjunction with the producer Has set up single camera shoots Has raised purchase orders and processed invoices, including tracking of costs Experience in a customer-facing role including supporting crew on location Understanding of different formats of file delivery and storage Knowledge and understanding of setting up satellite playouts via SNG, local feed points or via IP over satellite We’d Love If You Also Have These: European Language Good knowledge of Basketball Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook Our Vision – Power the World’s Passion for Sport.
