Salary: Around £50,000 DOE
We are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee multiple residential refurbishment and insurance claim projects across the North West.
This is a hands-on role managing projects from instruction through to completion, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to a high standard of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage multiple live refurbishment and insurance reinstatement projects simultaneously
* Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and schedules
* Liaise with insurers, loss adjusters, clients, and surveyors
* Monitor project progress, costs, quality, and health & safety compliance
* Ensure projects are completed within agreed timelines and budgets
* Carry out site visits, progress meetings, and reporting
* Resolve operational issues quickly and effectively
Requirements
* Previous experience as a Contracts Manager within residential refurbishment, reactive maintenance, or insurance reinstatement
* Strong knowledge of domestic building and refurbishment works
* Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Full UK driving licence
