We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Production Manager / Manufacturing Manager to join their high-performing manufacturing team and drive operational excellence across their production facility.
As the Production Manager / Manufacturing Manager, you will take ownership of operational performance, people leadership, and process optimisation. This is a pivotal role, ensuring products are manufactured to specification, delivered on time, and meet the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
1. Direct and coordinate all production activities to meet manufacturing schedules, cost, quality and delivery targets
2. Lead and motivate a team of circa 30 within production. Managing staffing levels, recruitment, and development, ensuring your team is supported.
3. Drive lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives, including 5S and process optimisation
4. Take ownership of production planning and scheduling within a primarily Excel driven environment
