HR Business Partner – Tech/Digital – Sheffield (Hybrid) Location: Sheffield (3 days office-based per week) Salary: Up to £55,000 per annum Type: Full-time, Permanent About the Role Our client is an innovative, international organisation in the tech/digital space. They are looking for an experienced and forward-thinking HR Business Partner to support a high-performing business unit, driving key people initiatives across performance, wellbeing, engagement and diversity. This is a broad generalist role, offering real ownership and the chance to influence HR strategy while delivering operational excellence across the employee lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: - Partner with senior managers to provide HR guidance aligned with business strategy - Lead on organisational change, including restructures, TUPE and workforce planning - Drive initiatives around wellbeing, diversity & inclusion, and employee engagement - Manage complex employee relations issues, performance and talent development - Provide insight through HR metrics and reporting to support decision-making - Support pay review, benchmarking and reward processes - Play a key role in succession planning and career pathway development What We’re Looking For: - Recent HR generalist experience at BP/advisory level, ideally in tech or digital - Strong working knowledge of UK employment law - Track record of influencing senior stakeholders and driving HR strategy - Experience managing organisational change projects - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving business - CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent experience); international exposure desirable What’s on Offer: - Salary up to £55,000 benefits - 25 days holiday (rising to 30) - 5% pension after probation - State-of-the-art city centre offices - Hybrid working (3 days in office) - Flexible benefits platform, discounted parking, EAP, L&D and more Apply Now
