We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and drivenPartnership Sales Managerto join our business and perform a key role now and for the future ofNottingham Forest Football Club.
As part of the role, you'llbe a driving force in helping the Club exceed its objectives around generating new partnership sales. You'll report directly to the Head of Partnerships and be responsible for helping develop our partnership portfolio, as well as an exciting pipeline of commercial partners for the future.
Working on site at the world famous City Ground, you’ll be part of a growing Partnerships team and there will be lots of opportunities for you to make a significant impact on our commercial success.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
* Working with the Head of Partnerships to target & engage with Brands & agencies to drive an ambitious partnership sales strategy and sponsorship hierarchy.
* Proactively sourcing new potential opportunities for all the Club’s partnership assets. Targeting & networking (via LinkedIn & other tools). Successfully pitching and negotiating with high level stakeholders to bring new commercial partners on board.
* Proactively engaging with local, national, and international brands & agencies.
* Producing bespoke sales decks, materials, and proposals for potential partners. Proficient in keys software tools (PowerPoint, Excel, photoshop, salesforce etc.)
* Analytically sourcing and presenting of data in a way that showcases Nottingham Forest’s USPs and relevance to particular brands.
* Supporting the Head of Partnerships and CCO when pitching to brands
* Maintain and update an accurate sales pipeline report for senior leadership.
* Responsible for conducting market research, building a sales pipeline, lead generation, contract management and sales completion.
2. Skills, Knowledge & Experience
* Experience in a sales function with a proven track record of success
* Experience within a sports environment with a rights owner or agency is preferred.
* Experience engaging with senior, decision-making prospects.
* Experience in creating compelling sales decks.
* Strong presentation skills and confidence to present on behalf of NFFC.
* Ability to self-motivate, with a strong commercial instinct.
* Good organisational skills, able to prioritise and manage own workload.
* Communicates well on all levels with varying levels of seniority, experienced in dealing with key decision-making stakeholders.
* Works well under pressure and has flexibility to deal with issues out of hours and at short notice.
