We are proud to be partnering with a global organisation seeking to appoint a strategic and dynamic Competition Lawyer to support its European operations across a wide range of competition law matters. This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in shaping the transformation of the organisation’s global legal function.
As a trusted business partner, you will:
* Help define and implement competition compliance strategy
* Advise on merger control and broader competition law issues
* Review and strengthen internal policies, including dawn raid procedures
* Monitor regulatory and policy developments across relevant jurisdictions
* Provide competition and merger control advice in connection with acquisitions and distribution structures
We are keen to hear from candidates who bring:
1. Circa 8+ years’ PQE with strong academic credentials
2. Robust competition law experience within a reputable in-house legal team, covering multiple jurisdictions
3. Broad-ranging expertise, particularly in:
4. Abuse of dominance
5. Horizontal and vertical agreements
6. M&A matters
7. Designing and implementing competition law compliance programmes
