About the Role
ITS Property Maintenance is recruiting for a skilled and motivated Qualified Electrician to join our growing team covering Hull and East Yorkshire. This mobile role involves electrical installations, responsive day‑to‑day repairs, and remedial works across domestic properties. You’ll work within a supportive team, delivering high‑quality services while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out a range of electrical installation works
* Complete responsive maintenance and day‑to‑day repairs
* Perform fault finding, inspection & testing, and remedial works
* Ensure all work complies with current IET Wiring Regulations (18th Edition)
* Deliver a first‑time fix approach where possible
* Maintain accurate records and certification
* Provide a professional and customer‑focused service at all times
What We're Looking For
* ECS Gold Card (Electrician Grade) – essential
* NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation
* C&G 2382 – 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
* C&G 2391 Inspection & Testing
* Full UK Driving Licence
