Are you a caring and enthusiastic Level 2 Nursery Practitioner looking for a rewarding role in Early Years education? Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting on behalf of a welcoming nursery setting in Hayes, with a September 2025 start.
About the Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dedicated Early Years team and support the learning and development of children aged 0-5. You will assist in providing a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment that promotes curiosity, creativity, and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support children’s daily care, learning, and play activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
* Work closely with the nursery team to plan and deliver age-appropriate activities
* Promote positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
* Assist with daily routines, including mealtimes, toileting, and outdoor play
* Observe children’s progress and help maintain individual learning records
Requirements:
* A Level 2 Early Years Qualification (or equivalent) is essential
* Previous experience in a nursery or childcare setting is preferred
* A good understanding of the EYFS framework
* A positive, proactive attitude and strong communication skills
* An enhanced Child Workforce DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)
