The business is within the Financial Services Sector, based in Redhill and looking to hire a permanent Call Centre Agent, with hybrid working opportunities after training and probation.
Your new role
As a Call Centre Agent, you will handle iing customermunications, ensuring queries are resolved promptly and accurately in line withpany policies and service standards. You’ll maintain detailed knowledge of products, processes, and technology, while recording customer data accurately. This role requires flexibility to support different areas of the department during peak periods and amitment to delivering high-quality service at all times.
What you'll need to succeed
1. Previous experience in a customer service environment – ideally within Call Centres, Financial Services or Customer Service.
2. Excellentmunication skills (verbal and written)
3. Strong listening skills and ability to identify relevant information
4. Ability to prioritise, multitask, and adapt to change
5. Based local to Redhill
