The role:
As an Account Manager, you'll be the key point of contact for high-profile accounts, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while building strong, long-term relationships. You'll work cross-functionally with internal teams, manage the full order process, resolve escalations, and provide insightful performance updates – always with a commercial and solutions-focused approach.
What we're looking for:
* Previous B2B account management or customer service experience in a commercial environment.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Proficiency in Excel (SAP experience a bonus).
* Commercial awareness, with a focus on service impact and business performance.
